William and Sly I tip my hat to you sir.
The art was fantastic. They were almost flawless. The controls were simple and fun. The only thing I did not like about them were with the wings. You could only "fly" in one direction. Turning around in mid-flight you would lose your wings and drop. Gameplay was simple yet addictive. This was also a short game. It didn't waste my time and enjoyed many moments in it. The music was beautiful. Like thge game, it was simple yet effective. It complimented the entire game. This goes to prove that complicated ideas do not mean they are good ones. Simplicity at is best. There were even challenging secrets to find in the midst of all simplicity! The only thing I could really complain about was how redundant finding runes were. I understand how they were the main goal but I feel like you could have done something a bit more interesting than just finding all 13 runes. Perhaps shorten the rune count or add a timer to a few of them? But that is only a suggestion. As stated before, great and simple over all. I tip my hat to you sir. 2D games need a comeback.
